Responsibilities:
Optimize several internal websites and online platforms with the existing team
Business development for the new service line (web services and online marketing)
Web projects for external clients
Requirements:
At least intermediate German, English is considered an advantage
Experience on Wordpress and PHP back-end development
Comprehensive understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related technologies. Node.js considered an advantage.
Mind. 1 year+ experience JavaScript
Knowledge of some Javascript framework (Preferably React)
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools.
Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications using various CSS3 / JS frameworks. Experience with building responsive & mobile-first UI's.
Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.
Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers. Hands on SASS/LESS definitions & techniques.
Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working valid HTML pages.
Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML).
